Toolkit "Playing Cards"
As a Design Associate, I'd often use reframing exercises to help teams reconnect with the problem they were trying to solve and determine next steps.
Mission:
Help social entrepreneurship startups efficiently think through their goal and refine concepts as they progress.
Use cases:
1. Exposure to exercises - To build familiarity with mindsets with teams
2. Growing familiarity with exercises (engaged with Associate) - Associate recommend exercises suitable at different stages of the design process
3. Common use (later stages) - To openly explore as a team or independently to further refine outcomes
Prototype:
Both physically + digitally connected 'playing cards' to refocus and re-engage users in a tactile manner.
The toolkit is used as follows:
Feedback loop:
Users need easy access to reframing exercises as they work on their projects.
Users scan QR on the wooden card
User conducts own design thinking exercise with team
User leaves feedback on feedback form available on website, to be incorporated in future iterations
User identifies ways website can increase team engagement during design exercise with team
User is directed to toolkit website
